We are currently seeking an ECommerce PM to join one of our clients team!

The ECommerce Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of eCommerce projects from conception to launch. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage eCommerce projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling phases
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure project requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and documented throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content creators, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure project success
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with eCommerce best practices and industry trends
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery and
  team productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related
  field
• 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce projects, preferably in a
  fast-paced retail or consumer goods environment
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation,
  risk management, and issue resolution
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify or BigCommerce.
• Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including UX design, content
  optimization, and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines
