Senior QA Manual Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior QA Manual Analyst with a keen eye for detail. Your mission will be to spearhead our quality control process, conducting comprehensive testing to ensure our mobile and web applications are reliable, secure, and meet the most rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Execution: Design, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
Testing Types: Perform functional, usability, regression, performance, and compatibility testing across various environments and devices.
Defect Detection: Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating closely with the development team for their resolution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product aligns with business requirements and end-user expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive suggestions and feedback to elevate the overall quality of the software and development processes.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and developers within agile methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Manual QA / Functional Testing.
Skills: Strong experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level. Ability to hold fluent and technical conversations with international clients.
Soft Skills: Autonomy to thrive in remote environments, proactivity, excellent communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Nice to Have: Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) or foundational understanding of QA Automation are highly valued.
