Senior UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strategic product vision. You will be the vital link between business needs and user desires. Your role will be to lead the end-to-end design process, from initial research and flow definition to delivering high-fidelity interfaces and scalable design systems.
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Research: Conduct user research, UX audits, empathy maps, and user journeys to ground design decisions in real data and behaviors.
Information Architecture: Define user flows, sitemaps, and low-to-mid fidelity wireframes that solve complex navigation and hierarchy challenges.
High-Fidelity UI Design: Craft visually stunning, modern, and functional interfaces, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic precision in every pixel.
Design Systems: Build and maintain robust component libraries and Design Systems in Figma to facilitate scalability and collaboration with engineering.
Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes for proof-of-concepts, user validation, and client presentations.
Collaborative Hand-off: Work closely with Frontend Engineers (React) to ensure technical implementation accurately reflects the original design.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years designing digital products (Web & Mobile). Proven experience in agency or SaaS product environments.
Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Advanced Prototyping).
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your thought process (not just final output), including case studies, wireframes, and UI solutions, is mandatory.
English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) level. Ability to articulate design decisions and present to international clients.
Soft Skills: Critical thinking mindset, adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback, and a strong problem-solving orientation.
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS (to understand technical constraints) and experience with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Maze.
